Jim,
I phoned Duncan this evening and spoke with him on the phone. He is doing
the best he can to straighten things out. It may take awhile for the dust to
settle but I think we will all get what we want in the end. He is flexible
and willing to work with us, even on a personal level, if required to solve
our problems. That is much more than most list owners are willing to do.
Duncan offered to assist you with your e-mail problem, he indicated from
the description I gave him of your situation that with some additional info
he could most likely resolve issues for both of us. He offered to help if
you would e-mail him or call him, let me know if you need his number! I am
going to stick around for awhile and give it a chance, let the dust settle.
Chris
