yay! After lots of good advice from the list I sprayed a fungicide (mancozeb) on
the plants and they have rebounded with vigour. They are growing really fast and
all the new leaves look really healthy. Happiness is upon me once again. I spent
saturday constructing a wind break and it looks like it will be a big help with
the sea breezes that occur almost daily here in summer.
