I gave a lecture on the pumpkin I grew in Washington, DC the other night
and a woman from Greece spoke to me of a recipe they have for stuffed
pumpkin flowers. She told me about just how delicate the timing of this
recipe is with the short life of the bloom but she left without telling
me just what she stuffed them with! Does anybody out there know the
answer?
