Rick,
Good info on the grow lights. Plants also utilize light in the red
spectrum which can be found in the regular wide spectrum or warm white
lights. If you take a double fixture and put one cool white (blue) and one
warm white ( more of the red) you will get some of each and they are still
cheap,
