Re: 1092

John,
perhaps i can help out. A similar situation happened to me. And i
thought "hey, howard dill has a patent on the seeds, no one can sell
them" Then i called Don Langevin and told him my story, which was very
similar to yours. Well, as it turns out, the patent that howard dill
has is only valid in the United States. So anyone growing anywhere else
can do whatever they want with the seeds. So, the Burkes can sell them
if they so choose, since they live in Canada. The 1092 i believe was a
self cross of a 935 lloyd, so you have good odds in the future, but $20?
Only you can decide that one.

I just talked to Gary Burkes wife and she told me that the seeds from
the
1092 were $20 plus SASE.
I thought the seeds could not be sold.
I don't know if I would pay $20 for an unproven seed. It could be a
good or
bad cross.
