That's what I thought too... the Plant Variety Protection grant
meant that only Dill-approved places could actually sell them *or import
or ship them* into the US. "Them" being the Atlantic Giant variety of pumpkin.

Some possibilities:
Perhaps they've obtained permission from Howard Dill to sell it.
Perhaps they're only selling it in Canada, which doesn't seem
to violate the US PVP.
Perhaps they are unaware that they grew an Atlantic Giant, or
that it's a falls under the US PVP (see loophole? at second link above)
Perhaps they're going to put $20 of additional postage on it for
really, really quick delivery.
This is my uneducated (in this matter :-) ) opinion only!
