For my genetics research I am looking for all growers who either grew some
of Chris' seeds from his 1997 stock, or know of someone else close to them
who are not on the internet but grew an Anderson 97 plant, and could report
for these people. (I don't care how big the fruit got or if they ripped the
plant out in mid season) I am seeking the following basic information (or
any part of it):
1)Seed (977,815, or 634),
2)info on whether it produced all pumpkins, all squash, or both pumpkins
and squash on the same plant,
3) Actual weight or estimated approximate, and how it compared with the
charts, %heavy or light. ( or OTT measures and weight).
4) General description: High, Flat, Deep Dill Rings, Deep Ribs, Shallow
Dill Rings, Shallow Ribs, Smooth, Cantiloped, Big Shoulders, Round, Oval,
etc.
5) Name of Grower (optional)
