Saving seeds

The easiest and quickest way to clean up and save pumpkin seeds is to put 
them in a plastic milk jug with about a pint of water.  After screwing on the 
top, shake vigorously for a minute.  Then, after draining out the water, put 
them on the kitchen counter or on waxed paper. They will dry in a few days to 
a week.
