This list was, until now, unmoderated. That meant that anyone could post
anything and it automatically made it to the list. What Duncan has now done
is ask (told) the ISP (mallorn.com) that each post must go to him first and
he will allow, or not allow, the post to go to the list (or the trash
bucket) as he deems appropriate.
For what its worth, I think, for now, it was good call.
