I go with its a major crap shoot.....in fact perhaps you odds are better
with the dice. Experience growers in the past have always made the comment
on how big ones take a year off.( at the time it seemed ridculous) These
1000 pounders seem to take something out of te seed. In Moonies case
literally. But there are a bunch of them
1061,1092,1018,1016,1090,1010,1056 that you haven't heard a roar from there
off spring. But perhaps the next generation. But you just don't know.
Also you have to keep in mind that some of the hottest seeds are the ones
that have been the most planted. Is this why they get a better reading.
Look at the top seeds 567.5mom, 946geerts,935Lloyd.....the later have hit
more than one in the 1000's but they also are the ones that have probably
had almost all there seeds planted. The 449mar is a great example how us
growers react....Paul M hits a good one with the 449. One guy right out of
the shoot hits (a beginner) ...whoa this seeds looks good.... lots plant
it.....not much happens..... ah it ain't nothing...chase after something
else that looks hot ......boom Hunt hits big with the 449mar.......were
back after the 449. Now if enough of us plant that its going to help it
get famous if they hit. So hek yeah its a crap shoot you don't know where
a big one is lurking!!...brock
