Fwd: Re: Moonie seed info
Larry and Gerry, I was going through my seed packets that were mailed to PGPGA members last year and I have 2 packets from you. #1 Checkon 815 (F. Anderson 977 x M. Lloyd 935) #2 Checkon 700 (F. Lloyd 935 x M. Anderson 977)
The 815 is the one that grew Moonie, that packet is empty I used it this year but pulled it as one of my culls (what a mistake that was) The other packet has two seeds I did not use. It appears to be the exact same cross but with the female on the oppisite plant. I have not heard anyone mention these seeds, has any one on the list grown them this year, I would think they have the exact same genetic potential. Do you have more of these ???? Every one look thru the seeds you were mailed last year for these. (everyone in the PGPGA) Any coments from the list as to if you think these seeds from the 700 have the same potential as the 815 seeds.???????????????????? Brian Medford, NJ
