A giant pumpkin thermometer, what a find!

Received my catalogue today and was pleasantly surprised to find a large 
thermometer with a Rockwell style garden boy/pumpkin logo on it! It's 
absolutely charming.

It's called the Pumpkin Boy Thermometer; it's about 12" across and is 
designed for indoor and outdoor use. The catalogue states the design was 
created by Norman Rockwell's mentor, J.C. Leyendecker for a 1922 Saturday 
Evening Post cover. It certainly has that nostalgic appearance.

Those without catalogues can view this online, go to www.gardeners.com  and 
in the left column, enter the word 'thermometer' in the space entitled "Let 
Us Help You Find Something". After hitting GO, you will get a list; select 
The Pumpkin Boy. A detailed description and color photo will appear.
