Re: pumpkin pie

Hardly. I tell folks that after the Harvest display, my pumpkins provide
nourishment for the woodland creatures who come in and scavange for seeds
for weeks and weeks after the monsters  have completed their other use. The
laugh factor alone of watching the squirrels come out with orange mush all
over their faces is priceless, and we all know that smiles and laughter adds
years to your life. We've even seen a stray deer or two nosing around in
there.
