Yes, I think it is up to them, that is why I am informing them, so they can
make the right desition and not use your screwed up seeds. I don't want
their seasons getting screwed up. Heck, if they need seeds that bad they
can have mine.
I am certainly not hiding the fact that the parent plant had a viral
infection for those seeds. I think a lot of people might be interested to
see
if it could be transmitted via seed.
Yea, like I am interested in screwing up my whole year getting a virus in
my patch. Good reasoning.
Besides I have one good batch of seed from my biggest pumpkin that did not
have the virus whatsoever, so it obviously has a strong resistance to it. A
trait that would lie undiscovered if my other plants would not have all had
the virus.
WOOOOOO, yea, the 150 llber. And from hearing of your meathods, I wouldn't
be so sure that it doesn't have the virus. Just knowing it was in the same
patch and that you never took care of the problem makes one wonder and I
would have to warn, DONT'T USE STEVE'S SEEDS EVEN IF HE SAYS IT DOESN'T HAVE
A VIRUS!!!!!!!!
