Diana Doucet Undressed
Hera, my pumpkin which split two over weeks ago, is
still doing fine. The Doucet Dough Dressing appears to
have protected the split from developing a rotten
attitude. The real problem I'm having with Hera now
is that she is turning bluish-green - she's a pumpkin
with a split personality.
Always difficult, she started out white/cream and then
started to get some salmon-pink coloration. In the
last two weeks a bluish-green is starting to
predominate over the salmon. At this point I'm not
sure she's officially a pumpkin.
On Saturday, when we have our pumpkin toting party,
under the glare of the TV lights, I'll determine if
she's really Queen of the Pumpkin Deities or just a
big squash.
Speaking of split personalities - some of you on the
list I'm sure have already guessed, but diana doucet
is only the pen name I use on the internet to protect
my privacy.
My real name is Vince and I'm an old married guy with
three kids and a young wife. The woman I featured on
my web site (who I never said I was) is our German
aupair, Stine, who helps take care of our kids.
I hope no one on the list is disappointed or offended
by this. I did leave a host of clues on the list.
(How many young women you know are Led Zeppelin fans
and like to argue technical stuff with engineers?)
