HI LIST
Just a quick post to inform you that, thanks to Bob Matthews of PUMPKINNOOK
fame, I have been asked to go to the Millennium Dome in London to carve
Pumpkins and help/show Children how to carve them for and during Halloween. I
spoke to one of the organisers at the Millennium Dome today but i have not
made a decision yet as to whether or not i will have the time to go to London
and help them out.
I will be keeping a lookout for any Media reports on the Halloween activities
at the Millennium Dome and report back to Bob Matthews with any information
he may wish to put in PUMPKINNOOK NEWS. I have only carved one Pumpkin before
and that was my 1995 574 which i think i did a fairly good job of carving.
The Pumpkins at the Millennium Dome will be 20 Lbs at the most so it will be
rather easier than the 574.
If any List Members have not seen or heard any media reports in the News
about the Millennium Dome here in the UK then you may like to look at their
