Re: saving seeds
John
After taking out the seeds i wash them off to get as much pulp off of
them as possible. I lay them on a towel for about two hours and then I put
them on 1/4 inch wire fabric that you can get at any hardware store. I when
put them in a warm dry place to dry for 3 or 4 weeks.
Make sure to keep them out of reach of animals because they will steal
them for food.
I actually keep my seeds in my gas oven which is warm because of the pilot
light. I take the control knob off and put it with the seeds so my wife
does not roast my seeds. I have done this three years and I have had great
sucess.
I hope this helps you and good luck next year.
John
