As tempting as home soil test are, they simply are not accurate or
reliable enough to give you a good 'picture' of your soil make up. Below
is an address for a lab you can send your soil samples to. They will
email (followed by printed Postal hard copy) a color report with charts
of your soils composition. Call them first and they will send you
packaging information and sample bags free.

Soil pH of 8.0 is way too high. Try for 6.0 to 7.0. Some nutrients are
not made available to plants at higher pH, so this is important.
Add as much Organic Material as you can, but no more than 15 percent. It
take a great deal of material to achieve this, so don't over fret it.
You can add nutrients (nitrogen, phosphorous, potash etc.) in the spring
just before you roto-till. But you will need the soil analysis first in
order to know what to add.
