I can't help with the text on that page, but
maybe I can give a tiny bit of insight...
We had a teenage Japanese visitor in our home
this summer, on a two-week sister cities exchange
program. She taught me that:
Kabocha (ka-BO-cha) means pumpkin
Obake kabocha (oh-BA-key kabocha) means giant pumpkin
After that, you're on your own.
