So sorry to hear about your loss.  One more day!!! That's horrible!!  At least you can take some comfort in your accomplishment at beating your personal best.  You'll just have to grow a BIGGER one for Altoona next year to make up for it.

   Well as of 10:00 AM. I am officially disqualified from any chance at placing in the top ten at Altoona, Went out and check my pumpkin at 9:00 am, then  cleaned off all the growth except the main, Went back to the garage to get my drill driver to take down the shade hut, when I walked back into the garden there it was a nice three inch long crack with water dripping out, I pinched my self and thought I was dreaming but NO it was reality, I then said to my self ONE MORE FREAKEN DAY, OH WELL THAT'S PART OF THE GAME, I will get it weighed and let you guys know, It was a 1056 Dueck my personal best, Good luck to everyone at the weigh-off tomorrow, I'll be at Altoona to see some big ones.
