RE: What's the word from Half Moon Bay?
What an awesome season for Steve. People have been trumpeting back to back
1000 lb. seasons for a number of growers which truly is awesome, but two in
the same year? That was unheard of until Saturday when Kirk Mombert had
two, a pumpkin and a pumpkin that mutated, greened up, converted,
metamorphosed, or whatever into a squash on the same plant. I think I may
have to move to Oregon.
