For several years I have rinsed my seeds thoroughly in a colander, then
spread them on a window screen propped up by a couple of sawhorses. Under
the screen, I place my dehumidifier. Empty the water from the dehumidifier
daily, and in two weeks seeds are thoroughly dry. Have never had fungus on
my seeds. I store them in a cool room in large jars with some silica sand
in the bottom.
