Right on target Bob.... Save the system the hassle, and each grower the
headache, and just pop a buck in with a self addressed bubble pack.. It
works very well.. Especially with the new anthrax scare, identifying
features of problem letters and such start with bad postage, return
addresses not matching the cancellation mark, etc.. Make it all as
simple as can be..
