Without exclusive permission from Danny and Howard Dill, selling the
seeds is a violation of the PVP which they own. Ray Waterman also has a
PVP.
Seed growing associations such as the IPGA and the PGPGA do thier seed
auctions and raffles with the eclusive permission granted by the Dills.
I do hope, as mentioned in an earlier email, that there has been some
type of communication and the profits go to a growing association.
