RE: Loofah
I have a pile of seeds but they are at least a couple years old (probably
more) so I'm not sure what kind of germination rate you would get. You
probably would have better luck just picking some up at the store as they
are fairly common these days. If you want some I don't mind sending
them...just send me a sase. I'm not sure exactly how many days you need to
grow loofah's but I've been told you need a fairly long season which has
been my experience. We start ours indoors and put them out as soon as
possible which is usually midmarch here in Southern Virginia. I'm not a
loofah expert....just speaking from my experience. My wife wants to try
them again next year which means she wants ME to try them again next year:)
