there is a particularly nasty worm around that makes it appear it is being sent from other peoples computers.

you appear to be sending out a virus/worm. Other people also have similar problems.

Anyone infected who has your address in their book can send out infected emails that seem to be coming from your address. There are some truly sick people out there who have nothing better to do then dream up these nasty worms."
 
try software for free from www.my-etrust.com to prevent such problems.

I have been receiving A LOT of virus-infected emails from people on this mailing list lately. You owe it to yourselves to be running some kind of virus protection software. I recommend McAfee but there are others a well. It is unfortunate that there are people in this world that get pleasure from writing malicious software but they are here to stay and we need to protect ourselves. It is much more costly NOT to have virus protection than it is to shell out the $50 bucks or so to purchase it.
