Preparations for 2003... I need seeds!!

Congratulations to the many growers who had record breaking years new world records, new state records, and many many personal bests!!  And, as a festival coordinator, I would like to say thank you to ALL giant pumpkin growers, without your energy, dedication and enthusiasm there wouldn't be much of need for us to plan a Harvest & Giant Pumpkin Festival!!

In Elk Grove, CA this year we had more than 50,000 people visit for our two-day festival!!  We, with the help of Greg Stucker of Napa, CA, reset the California State Record at an amazing 1105 pounds!!  If you are around the California Area or would like information on our weigh-off please send me your mailing address and I will add you to our growers mailing list.

For a number of years I have been collecting bulk seeds from a number of growers packaging and mailing it to ANYONE who calls with interest in growing giant pumpkins.  I have sent packages and tips on growing pumpkins all over the United States!  I am looking for donations of any bulk seeds that you may be interested in donating help this sport to continue to GROW!!

I AM NOT LOOKING FOR YOUR TOP SHELF QUALITY SEEDS BUT AN ADDITIONAL BULK SEEDS YOU MAY HAVE!
(I know many of you have removed vital personal documents from that fire safe in you closet to make room for those prize pumpkin seeds to keep them safe)

The majority of these seeds will be mailed to first time growers just looking to get their feet wet in growing giant pumpkins.  	

I WILL PAY FOR POSTAGE.

If you send me your address I will send you a self addressed stamped bubble pack envelope for the return of the seeds!
