Because the Metric system is not familiar
in most countries. If oyu like, you can
easy covert the KGs in Lbs by multiplicating
the KG by 2.205

I think the pumpkin growers in europe may
understand the lb's but that come after looking at
those numbers for every day....

one of my projects is to convert the weigh estimation
table next year to metric system.
