I'm curious, since my pumpkin was determined a squash, can anyone tell me where to find a listing of the top GPC squash from this year? I'd like to see where I stand in the running. Thanks!!

Thank you Mike! I think it is about time someone stands up to the randomness of certain organizations' rulings. I am curious to know which ones you have reversed. I agree with you that some of the 'squash' in past years have been a stretch at best. I think politics plays a large role in that. Look at who is designating and who is reaping the rewards for such designations. I won't make any accusations yet, but I truly believe this is happening at certain weigh-offs more than others. My personal opinion is to split the differentiation down the middle...50% or more orange is pumpkin, 50% or more green is squash. You can use your silly graph to measure it if you like, but going 50% will make most determinations no-brainers. -Gus
