Dam Engineers
Working for a government agency, I can almost guarantee the original letter
is true. Knowing the sarcastic wit of many people (myself included), I can
also believe the response.
We get some pretty wild letters in our office, but they are usually making
outrageous claims, not responding to letters like this guy did.
