Stay connected here. As long as your English is decent (it looks great)
you will be able to understand all kinds of stuff. Another good site
for you might be bigpumpkins.com which is visited by growers from all
over the world. Most of the growers are from North America, but many
people connected to that site are from Europe.

Congratulations to your father for growing such a nice pumpkin this
year!

Hi all

I'm posting this message for my dad, i'm from holland and my dad is a
contest-pumking grower too. We are from Holland (Europe) and he always
joins
the contest in Belgium (other European country next to Holland).
He didn't win the contest this year, but in his contest he didn't bad i
think,
he grew a pumpkin that weigth over 600 pounds, he ended 6th and the
winner of
this contest grew a pumkin of around 900 pounds.
My dad likes to know more about how to grow bigger pumkins and i see you
all
grow the big ones.
Are there people on this list who would like to give me links to sites
or have
other tips.
He also would like to get seeds from a real big pumpkin, i would love to
help
him ... but i don't know much about pumpkins and pumpkin seeds ... this
is why
i post this message on this group. He doesn't speak English and isn't
connected to the net.

Thanks in advance
Brigitte
