I dunno? i think we have done better than 32 pounds just with water.

But, seriously...Do you guys think that there's anything to this? Maybe the yeast in the beer "composts" the grains in the fermentation process? I'm eager to hear more about the science behind the story since my best friend works at a bar and I could probably easily get a hold of discarded beer slops.
