You don't have to buy seeds to grow giant pumpkins.
Many clubs across the USA give away seeds each year as part of the membership
benefits. Memberships start as low as $15/year.
Members of the bigpumpkins.com website give away free seeds every year
starting in late October for the price of a self-addressed, stamped bubble
envelope.
If you want seeds from a specific grower for a special pumpkin they have
grown, don't be afraid to ask, then send in the SASE if the grower says yes.
You can also get great seeds free through this forum. I gave away seeds this
spring to at least half a dozen growers, and other people have done the same.
If you still want to buy seeds, in spite of all the free ones available, post
another message on this forum, and I, for one, will give you several sources
where you can spend good money to get good seeds.

Look at the giant vegetable/giant pumpkin growers clubs and see when their
annual auctions are. Or you can buy seeds online anytime of year. Growers
are really generous people. Most of them will give you seeds for free if you
send them a self-addressed, stamped bubble envelope for the return trip.
What are you trying to accomplish? If you are trying to grow the biggest
pumpkin you can, you are better off researching particular seeds rather than
the best supplier. Places like pumpkinlink.com can help you find out what
seeds have grown the most big offspring. Unless you are more looking for a
lot of seeds for some type of group project? Then you might want to check
out beachyseeds.com or howarddill.com.
