Returning stolen pumpkins

Barry:

I'd suggest you take it back to the grower you stole it from and apologize.
I know if our kidnappers would turn themselves in we wouldn't have any
fines or legal actions taken. Their only punishment would be their own
embarassment (that would suffice for me). However, if our theives get
caught by pursuit rather than by confession, I promise you we will have the
book thrown at them. They will be stuck with any law or ordinance that
they broke to pull off their crime. And get the maximum fine or punishment
we can put on them. Sounds pretty cruel, but I aim to eliminate
recidivism, and create a little deterant for other perspective criminals.

Alice's seeds are safely being dryed down now, and we'd love to trade with
anyone.

Update: The security video is still being ananlyzed for licence plate
numbers, and the media is extremely involved. Most all major radio
stations and newspapers have run stories or contests on the theft (I think
its a perfect news story for them, and good exposure for us). I think
that someone will come forth and take the 100$ reward money and turn them
in.

Thanks again for the moral support,
May Alice rest in peace among the compost of her family,

Rick from Wisconsin
