Would the little fella feel better if I sent him a postcard from Australia?
I'll get a nice one with a picture of a kangaroo or something.
Send me your snail mail address.

We awoke yesterday morning to find that my 4 year old sons pumpkin that he
had grown all summer long was gone! Thats right someone decided to walk up
on our porch and help themsevles to his 131 pound pumpkin!! How do you
explain to a 4 year old the cruel facts of life? I drove him around for 2
hours untill he fell asleep, looking for his pumpkin. When he called his
favorite aunt to tell her what happened we found out that the sister to his
pumpkin that he had given her was also stolen that night!! Now what do you
tell the totally heart broken kid? Now he says he wants to keep all the
pumpkins in the house next year ( and grow them in the house) so th ebad
boys
can not steal his pumpkins. To make him feel better we put a sign on the
lawn asking for its return. Oh well so much for proudly displaying his hard
summers long work!! Better luck next year. ( And maybe an alarm system!)

A sad father,
Jim
