I had some feedback already from two people that the URL doesn't work. 
I've tried it several times and it works for me and it also worked for a
friend down in Kentucky who was helping me check the site out for
problems earlier today, so I'm not sure what to tell you, but I will
pass on the comments to my ISP tomorrow.

Both the addresses below work for me.
