Pumpkineers,
Here in Pennsylvania, besides
being disciples of Marv, we enjoy a little pumpkin growing on our own. The
picture (Ihope is enclosed) is of our weighoff on the big pumpkin day.October
4th. We are not a World pumpkin site, but we do grow big ones regardless.
I thought you people might
enjoy this so I sent it for your viewing pleasure. And by the way, which one is
mine? It is the little very very orange field pumpkin in the front left. Stop
laughing Duncan..... No really, that is why I plea for seeds from big guns like
Chris A and the god of pumpkingrowings future, Marv, so I may compete with an
Atlantic Giant. The boys around this neck of the woods do it right...Also, it
was a 70 pound pumpkin, so gauge how big the other are by looking behind
it...
Sound like the Chris Anderson
story? 70 lbs one year, who knows the next!!
Trying to keep up with the Jones...
