RE: What a Wonderful Year!!!!!

Greetings from Spencervilleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. Ontario, Canada.

Got on the group- got good info and fun - met good people on the net- was 
able to provide info and received info- Had some fun with the flat kitty 
story and with the other pranks we pulled along the way. (PS it was good 
being able to share these with the group and the great poems they 
inspired). Grew two personal bests one which I sent to China and a 734 
which placed third at the GPC site in Oswego. Had a great time at the 
weighoffs and met some really nice people and  saw some old friends. 
Overall I think now that I've made the 700+ club I may be getting there. 
Also took second with my 658 at the Spencerville Fair.

What's this China deal you say? Well as opportunists and businessmen we 
decided to undertake a pilot project to see if we could develop enough 
interest to obtain a new sponsor for either our local group or the GPC 
overall. As this project is still in its developmental stages, and the 
timing was wrong to get a larger association involved.  Secrecy was 
considered a must. But I am soooooooooooooooo proud of the fact that my 
pumpkin has gone farther than any Pumpkin has gone before, I can't keep it 
a secret anymore. We are still working on our pilot project and will 
provide information on our results when we feel the time is correct. I was 
however disappointed and concerned that recent comments might interfere 
with the pilot project and the possibility of  future activities. No hard 
feelings meant, but there is a proper business etiquette that must be 
followed in order to succeed..
