No, only legumes, such as peas, clover, vetch, etc can take nitogren from
the air and fix it to the plants roots. The down-side of legumes is that
don't give you the bulk that is also desired to create more organic material
in your soil. A mix of winter rye and Austrian peas is a good combination.
