This was such a very well run event. Mr. Hoffman, the event organizer, is a
class act and those individuals that contacted him for this event need a
hardy "well done". Congratulations to all involved. I personally want to
thank the PNWGPG for letting me weigh my 819 despite the huge hole. I also
want to share with this group that EVERY ONE of the "heavy hitters" that
were at this event were totally approachable. Mombert, Emmons, Holland,
Hester, Handy, LaRue, etc were all some of the nicest people I have ever
met. This is a great sport!
Best of luck to those growers heading for HMB.
BTW I got to be the first person to ask the top 3 for a seed :-)
