You can only enter if you LIVE in the Circleville area..I have been there
many times and they have a 25 miles circle limit that you must live in to
enter a pumpkin in the show.It is not held in conjunction with any fair
and is held right in town ( Circleville )They close the streets and
usually have about 3 parades and other activities daily.
Circleville is about an hour south of Columbus on Rt. 23. Hope this
answers some of your questions..I will miss it this year :-(
