Wendy tells me we will definitely have a site here for the AGPVS competition
(good news).
I have had a couple of seeds on the propagator for a few days and they are
slowly shooting.
I added an Andersen 815 (UOW) two days ago and it shot out in half the time,
seems keen to get going.
I will include a famous Australian Recipe
Flo's Pumpkin Scones (ex-senator and wife of Qld ex-Premier
Jo-got-a-be-joking Petersen)
1 Tablespoon Butter |
1/2 cup of Sugar | Beat in mixer
1/4 teaspoon salt |
add 1 egg
1 cup of mashed pumpkin (cold)
Add by hand 2 - 21/4 cups of sifted self-raising flour
Cook in very hot oven on top shelf
(225 C / 250C or 425F / 450 F ) for about 15 to 20 minutes
note: do not overdo the hand mixing or the scones go flat
You can use AGs by first cutting up and putting in microwave until soft
pour off any excess water and mash.
Store in Zip bags in freezer until needed.
