Maybe I should take that 800 pounder and cross Long Island Sound from
Connecticut to New York....it's only 15 or 20 miles!!! After my Halloween
craziness. We have 2,500 people for Halloween. After that I will have more
time to devote to a Long Distance record. The present cucurboat record is 2
miles. I have to say that my wife is thrilled that the race was cancelled. It
was the week before Halloween, when I'm supposed to be setting up my driveway.
90 pumpkins carved, a graveyard, pumpkin orphanage, talking pumpkins, a spider
4 foot spider on a 12 foot web, witches den with smoking cauldron, 1,500 full
size candybars, 2 D.J.s with a 1,000 watt amp, people coming out of the
ground, 2 smoke machines, 10 foot inflateable pumpkin, glowing eyes in the
woods.............I guess I didn't have much to do , the week before
Halloween. We actually have to hire a traffic cop for the evening.
