I agree on fogging the area first, then get a box of Borax you can use "Twenty
Mule Team" washing Borax.Spread that for a few feet on the floor around the
pumpkin, borax kills and repells roach type bugs.
You didnt say how big they are but if at all possible get them up off the floor
a couple of feet and dust what ever they are sitting on too.
