Squash were is the illusive 1000 LB er eh
Congratulations Gerry and Larry !!!!!! I have
never grown a squash in my life but I think that in the next two to five
years the 1000 LB squash will be grown in that same time of five years the
first pumpkin over 1500 will be grown would like to see weigh off sights
offer an extra $ incentive for the largest 1000 LB + squash say a dollar
a pound .the trick will be to not damage the number of growers growing
ag's. maybe get major growers who have room to grow squash as well to
grow. This kind of incentive if it were to be put in place should be done
before planting around Feb march. the next mile stone or should I say
millennium stone is the 1000 LB squash. good luck squash boys and girls.
