Re: Pumpkin pool winner?


     I just don't think one date is necessary.  Everyone has different 
climates which results in different planting times and harvest times.  I 
don't mind all the different days.  It allows some to start early or later 
depending on the weather.  I know since there is not an early competition 
where I live, I have to store my pumpkin and hope it doesn't lose to much 
weight.  I do think it should all be run by the same rules though, but I 
like how there are different organizations.  If that was not so I could see 
a monopoly coming about.
