Pumpkin Pool Clarification
Yikes!
I didn't mean to stir up such controversy.
In the original rules posted on this list and on PumpkinMaster's site, I
listed Sept 30th as the cut-off for guesses and Oct 24th as the cut-off
for collecting info on the heaviest pumpkin of the season.
I chose this date because I didn't know when all the weigh-offs would be
and I wanted to have all winners announced by Hallowe'en... so I counted
back a week or so from Oct 31.
I just asked about changing this date because everyone seems so sure
that 1131 will be the heaviest. But because there are more weigh-offs
and because I did originally state Oct 24th, I will stick with the
original date.
Ipso facto.... October 24th will be the last day on which pumpkin
weights will be considered.
Winners will announced so afterward.
