Viruses transmitted through seeds or pollen?

As a lot of you know, I have a problem with Mosaic virus on 3 out of my 5 AG 
plants (and both of my Burpee Prizewinners). but I needed to use pollen from 
an infected plant to pollinate a healthy one. Would this transmit the virus 
to the healthy plant? Also, if a plant is infected, what about the seeds from 
a pumpkin from that plant? Would those carry the virus, and if so, would it 
affect the plants grown from them?
