re raspberry wine
Bill and Gail I made wine once and the recipe called for boiling the
fruit . When I put this wine together the next day it wasn't working. I
added yeast and it started working. This was early enough in the process
that the wine came out all right. but any way what I did wrong was added
the yeast to soon and the heat from the boiled product killed the yeast. I
wonder if the wine would have turned to vinegar too.
