Where are they now?
With almost all the weighoffs behind us I got thinking about all those
pumpkins and asked myself "Where are they now?"
While many of the winners are still in residence at their respective
weighoff sites, many others are probably sitting on porches all decorated
for Halloween.
I for one would find it interesting to see pictures of some of these giants
(perhaps no more than 2 pictures each) of these proud giants all decked out
in their best Sunday-go-to-Halloween outfits. For example my
UOW 570 lb is now sitting on hay bales guarding the entrance to the 50,000
sq ft club house at The Reserve Vineyards and Golf Course. (Looks pretty
cool even if I do say so myself.)
With enough expressed interest in this idea I would bet one of the pumpkin
page creators would offer to accept and post some pictures.
Just a thought.
